Didn’t like the product color or quality? No worries, relax, and sit back.

We will soon arrange a reverse pickup to collect the product(s), please make sure the items are unused. The reverse pickup process takes 48 working Hours time (Mon to Fri from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) from the request raised. Also, it takes 3-5 working days for those products to reach back to our warehouse.

We would request you to please be patient as the whole process will take approximately 5-7 working days depending on your area and pin code. For example, if you have raised a request on Saturday which is a holiday then the reverse pickup would be done anytime before Tuesday 5:00 PM, the products will reach back to our warehouse anytime before Monday.

Once we have received the products back at our warehouse and quality check is successful, the product(s) amount will be credited back to your account as MB store credits within 48 hours time which you can use to shop on anytime in future.

The refund of shipping charges isn’t applicable and the amount would be deducted from the product amount.

Any return and refund request for an order can be initiated within 7 days of the order delivery.

We have to pay extra INR70 to our shipping partners for arranging reverse pickup from your doorstep. However, we do understand that our customers should not suffer because of our policies and hence we collect INR70 initially to make the process smooth and we are happy to reverse the charges back as store credits for future shopping. It is a win-win for both of us <3.

In case If we do not have a reverse pick up service in your area, you will be requested to self-ship the product you wish to exchange/return on the address mentioned above. Please check that the items are securely packed to prevent any loss or damage during transit. A maximum of Rs.100 will be refunded to you in terms of Store Credits which you can use for future shopping.

You will have to self ship the products to the address mentioned below: To be eligible for a refund on returning an item or items, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We may refuse returns in case the product(s) has(have) been worn, washed, or soiled.

If you have to return anything from a solid combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted for this. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over ₹100 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance since we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable.

Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, we will not be able to gift wrap any replacements you have asked for.
